Welcome to vehicle detailing services provided by Maximus Rigopoulos (d.b.a. Rigo Detailing). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website rigodetailing.ca, online booking system (Urable), and all mobile and shop car detailing services we provide in the Greater Toronto Area.

By booking an appointment, using our website, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

Rigo Detailing offers premium vehicle care including:

• Interior & exterior detailing
• Full details
• Paint correction
• Nano ceramic coating
• Paint protection film (PPF)
• Engine bay cleaning

Mobile service at your location or shop service in Richmond Hill / Stouffville.

All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.

2. Booking, Payments & Cancellation

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit (typically 20% or a flat fee shown at checkout) is required.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

• 48+ hours notice: full deposit transferable to new date (no fee)
• Less than 48 hours notice: deposit is forfeited
• No-show or same-day cancellation: full service amount charged

We understand life happens—contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 90 days.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Square). We do not store full credit card details.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P & CASL Compliant)

We use SMS to keep you in the loop with your Rigo Detailing experience.

SMS Use Cases By opting in, you consent to receive messages about:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes
• Service updates (e.g., ceramic coating after-care tips)
• Promotional offers and specials (nano ceramic packages, PPF deals, loyalty rewards)
• Occasional feedback requests

Message frequency: typically 1–4 per month (more during busy seasons or if you have multiple bookings).

Carrier Liability Disclaimer Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions Reply STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out within 24 hours. For help, reply HELP or contact us (see below).

Age Restriction Our SMS program and all services are for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in or booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, photos, and service descriptions on our site and marketing materials belong to Rigo Detailing and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day warranty on labor and materials (defects only). This does not cover damage from improper after-care, environmental factors, or customer-added products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.
